Your journey
Day 1
Geneva
Arrival in Geneva and private transfer to your hotel. During the afternoon free time at your leisure to explore Geneva´s city center at your convenience. A walk along the lakeside of Geneva to admire the “Jet d‘ Eau“, a water fountain 140 meters high and symbol of this city is recommended.
day 2
Geneva (visit the city)
During the morning private city tour (8 hrs) in Geneva and its surroundings. You are going to visit the main attractions like the old town, international districts of Geneva, the fountain of Jet d Eau, the cathedral of St. Pierre and much more. Additionally you are going to visit some beautiful villages along the shores of Lake Geneva that offer you wonderful views overlooking the city. During the afternoon free time at your leisure to discover the city at your convenience or to board a ship and sail along Lake Geneva (optional).
Day 3
Geneva - Lausanne - Montreux - Geneva
Private excursion (8 hrs) to visit the nearby cities of Lausanne and Montreaux. Lausanne is not only famous for hosting the International Olympic Committee, but also for its cultural life and picturesque old town. Afterwards continue to Montreux, which is located between the mountains and the Lake Geneva and worldwide known for its Jazz Festival. A stroll along the promenade is a must. During the afternoon visit the Chillon castle not far from Montreux. This is an island castle on the banks of Lake Geneva and it got started to be built in the 16th-century. Nowadays, it shows the luxurious life of the Savoya’s dukes during the 14th and 15th-century.
